Responsibilities:
Offer on-line technical support to end users and other customers.
On-line trouble shooting.
Pre-sales questions answering.
Other RMA related administration tasks.

Requirements:
Spanish/Portuguese Native Speaker; Good command of English – spoken & written.
College graduate or equivalent.
Interested in computer science and IT technology (With technical background will be a plus)
No sophisticated skills and knowledge is required, and on-job training will be provided.

To coordinate and work closely with channel sales on various marketing activities.

Responsibilities:
Performs clerical and administrative support duties for a sales office or department.
Prepares and distributes various sales reports.
Basic market and data analysis.

Requirements:
Proficient with English in both oral and written form.
Responsible; Attention to detail.
Must familiar with advance Excel and Word.
Willing to learn new Technology and Knowledge transfer.
Capable under pressure, good time management while able to “multi-task” when required.

Sales Representative - Server Products (Barcelona based)
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage Server/Networking Products in Iberica.

Requirements:
Min. 2 years experience as board or system solution sales.
